In this course, students will learn to create both hand-sketched and computer-aided drawings. The complete set of drawings will include a foundation plan, floor plans, roof/truss layout, building and wall sections, elevations, schedules, and kitchen plans. Hand-sketched details will cover key construction connection points such as the footing and slab, the exterior wall at the floor system and roof system, and the floor system at the stairs.
