This course will develop the skills needed to apply Telemedicine in a healthcare setting. Skills developed include facilitating Telehealth visits by communicating effectively with patients and other medical office staff, applying legal procedures for Telehealth visits, managing time effectively, and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while working in various Telehealth settings.
