This course introduces the student to the safe use and care of aerial construction equipment. Students will be introduced to climbing equipment (belt/climbers), lashing equipment, ladders, and bucket truck operation. It will familiarize the student with aerial construction specifications and installation practices used in the utility service industry. Students will identify safe clearance operations. Students will understand pole installations and restoration operations.
